Others: Xcaret and Xel-Há: children 0 to 4 years are free, children 5 to 11 pay half price of the adult presenting an ID, same should be shown when boarding the tour. In case children don’t have ID, height policy will applied. Children under 1 meter are free, children 1 meter to 1.40 meter pay half price of the adult, children 1.41 meter pay as an adult. Xplor Fire: Children under five or shorter than 1 metre cannot partake.
Xichen: Free admission for children under 4 years old (must show an ID to verify their age when boarding). Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office of the Park).
Xichen: We recommend bringing a swimming suit, a towel and extra cloths. Your sunscreen and insect repellent should be free of the following chemicals to be used in the park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane. Xplor and Xel-Hà: We recommend to bring a swimsuit, comfortable clothes and shoes, water shoes and towel.
Xel-Hà: extra activities have an extra cost such as: scuba diving, swim with dolphins, sea trek, snorkeling tour.
